Job Summary:

Ruggable is looking for a Chief of Staff to join our growing UK team and be a key team member driving our international expansion. In this role, you'll tackle a mix of strategic and execution-oriented projects aimed at growing our business. You will work directly with the Europe MD and our Europe leadership team. Working across multiple areas, including Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Operations and Strategy, you will take ambiguous growth challenges from initial diagnosis to analysis to execution, as we establish and scale our business in Europe. The right candidate is excited by the prospect of wearing multiple hats and solving tough problems, working autonomously but collaboratively to solve problems, and driving real business impact.

This role is London based with a hybrid schedule (office/remote). We have big plans for Ruggable's growth in the UK and Europe and this role is an integral part of it. What You'll Do:

• Lead and/or support a variety of mission-critical projects to grow our Europe business
• Develop and test strategies to grow our business efficiently, leveraging paid acquisition strategies, website optimization, and other growth levers
• Use critical thinking, analysis, and data about consumers to formulate insights and hypotheses that inform our growth and testing strategies
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Experience and Finance
• Project manage high-priority projects - you'll ensure all stakeholders are on the same page and each strategic initiative is a success
• Conduct in-depth analysis of unit economics, pricing models, and market trends to optimize business performance, maximize profitability, and develop effective pricing strategies
• Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels within your team - you'll add structure and process to make a team run as efficiently as possible

What You'll Need to Have:

Required:

• 2 - 4 years of experience of applicable experience in an analytical and strategic role at a consumer facing brand (or 2 - 4 years at top-tier management consulting firm)
• A deep interest in consumer brands and consumer behavior
• Track record of managing and/or supporting large projects from start to finish
• Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent proficiency with spreadsheets and slides
• Local to London, England

Preferred:

• Experience in a DTC start-up environment
• Experience working in Germany, France, or the Netherlands
