Conveyancing Trainee Solicitor
Emmersons Solicitors require a Trainee Solicitor to work in our Conveyancing Department. You will be required to provide quotes, send out Client Care packs to clients, deal with Land Registry searches and post registration. and generally process your own files. You will have contact with clients, lenders, other firms of solicitors and search providers.
We are ideally looking for someone who has already worked within a conveyancing department.. We offer good quality work and do not “Pile it High”

You will not have to fill in time sheets, we feel that having to account for every six minutes of your working day is just too stressful. You will make progress very quickly after your first six months. You should by then be running your own files. If you have already worked in a conveyancing team for at least six months
