Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
5 years healthcare accounting or 2 years healthcare financial management experience is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILTIES
Expert knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent ability to analyze financial statements and provide effective management reporting. Strong ability to implement and maintain an effective internal control environment. Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, as well as proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications. Effective interpersonal skills to interface effectively with all functions and levels. Understanding of payroll processes, accounts payable and treasury. Able to identify productive opportunities for change and implement changes. Must be able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
