Warehouse Lead – Permanent - Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting for a successful engineering company in Telford for a new, permanent Stores Controller / Warehouse Lead / Operations Co-ordinator role. Working a Monday to Friday, day shift, this permanent post comes with an excellent package including salary of c£26,000 plus overtime and bonuses. This busy role requires an experienced stores / warehouse / stores professional with a stable work history, capable of working without regular supervision.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, duties will include (but not limited to):
· Day to day running of small warehouse
· Stock file control and maintenance, including stock takes
· Process Orders and other paperwork
· Picking and packing orders
· H&S, housekeeping, maintenance etc
To be considered for the role, you MUST have worked in a similar role, be IT literate, and have a stable work history.
You’ll also need to be reliable, punctual and hard working. A Reach or CB FLT licence is advantageous and given the physical nature of the work, you must also be physically fit.
The site is commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Newport, Shifnal, Market Drayton etc
