Commercial Financial Controller - Hybrid Role based in and around the Midlands

What we're looking for
· Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA or qualified by experience
· Strong business partner
· Good motivational / leadership skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Good business acumen and commercial awareness - with experience of working in a commercially focused business
· Proven experience of financial systems and strong Excel skills
· Experience of working within a multi-site business preferable
· Experience of working within a manufacturing or construction industry is preferable but not essential.
What you will be doing:
Operating as senior management, the primary role is to ensure commercial financial management and control of a well-known organization.
A key part of the role is the effective support of the Commercial, Marketing, Brand, Procurement, and Technical Teams and the provision of accurate, timely, and insightful management information.
· Providing "insight" to Commercial information and analysis.
· Effective business partnering. Attendance at relevant Commercial Meetings and brand meetings.
· Provide financial leadership and support for the Sales, Marketing, Brand, Procurement & Technical teams.
· Challenge of Commercial performance.
· Working with the Business Information team, key provider of financial information, KPIs, and analysis to support business decision-making.
· Support for the Commercial teams on pricing, analysis, and reporting.
· Support for the Procurement Director for rebate deals, terms, and forecasting.
· Support for the Marketing and Digital Director on digital projects, including the management of the new ERP capex.
