Financial Controller
Full time or a minimum of 4 full days, or 5 shorter days per week. Copley Hill Business Park, Cambridge

Our clinical advisors have national and international reputations in their own cancer speciality, enabling us to provide award-winning services that are trusted by leading UK insurers, corporate clients and self-funding patients.
We are seeking a chartered accountant with significant experience in a similar role. You must be keen to work in a SME which is growing rapidly and be able to drive the development of the processes and systems required as the business grows.
In this role you will be:
- Managing, running and updating our financial systems and procedures
- Develop and monitor the company's financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Analyse financial information to provide insights that guide board and managerial decision-making
- Participate and support the strategic planning of the business to achieve its growth targets
- Production of monthly and annual management reports
- Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Collaborate with external accountants to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Manage, develop and support finance team colleagues.
