Position: Control Tower Coordinator
Location: Enfield (EN3)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday - 12noon - 9.30pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Review and manage the triage control mail box.
- Review and manage the aborts and delays mail box.
- Review and manage the Cleric message log from crews.
- Update hospitals with delays inward and outward, adding notes of who we've spoken to and ETA.
- Answering calls into the Control Tower.

- Experience with dealing with customers and clients
- Experience with administrating tasks
- PTS experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills – verbal/written
- Good IT skills
