You will be responsible for the provision of a high-quality commercial service liaising with suppliers, fleet, sub-contractors and other associated functions to deliver a customer focused service that is efficient, cost effective and responsive to our customer needs.
Through effective communication skills and an innovative approach, you will lead on all areas of change management within the Property Care Team. You will regularly review and analyse works to deliver value for money and drive commerciality within the Property Care Team.
This role requires travel across the northwest therefore the successful applicant will require a valid driving licence.
