An excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a Stirling based Roofing and Building company.

Old Plean Roofing Ltd is a successful and expanding Roofing, Building and Maintenance Contractor serving the domestic and commercial sector in central Scotland and beyond.
As experts in our industry, we have seen significant growth due to our excellent service and high standards of workmanship. We are now seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team.
In this role you will split your time between visiting clients to conduct surveys, source materials and contractors, and see your projects through to delivery.
You will be in a highly autonomous position and play a key role in the delivery of highly reputable projects.
This role would therefore suit a Contract Manager looking to join a busy office offering the chance to work with broad range of clients and project type.
The Role
· Contract Manager based in Stirling.
· Delivering project installations from survey to delivery.
· Working with company Directors and clients.
The Person
· IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office.
· Excellent time management skills and exceptional work ethics.
· Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
· Ideally from a Roofing or Construction background.
· Must be keen to train and progress in career.
· Knowledge of schedule of rates an advantage.
· Must live in Stirling or within a commutable distance.
· Full clean UK driving license is essential.
