The Role

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an individual to join our Contracts Management team. Based out of our Telford Office, reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will be directly responsible for the deliverance of a range of contracts on sites throughout the UK.

You will be highly proactive with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage across a broad spectrum of staff and suppliers. You will require excellent IT skills and need to be a real team-player.

Key Duties Will Include;

  • Contribute proactively to the effective running of the Grounds Management Contracts across the region.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients and comply with meeting, reporting and other objectives.
  • Prepare, and support, in the provision of tender documents, contracts, budgets, and quotations.
  • Ensure deliverance of services on sites to contract specifications.
  • Proactively target additional business: tendering and pricing as necessary
  • Managing budgets and ensuring the financial integrity of contracts.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Sound IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of horticulture and grounds maintenance would be advantageous.

Salary: From £33,000.00 per year
