Contract Manager
Contract Manager or Account Manager or Customer Account Manager
We have an exceptional opening for an experienced and proficient Account/Contract Manager to Lead our team. This role is based in the vibrant Mayfair district, where you will oversee one of our most prestigious and significant contracts.
Main responsibilities will be to effectively and commercially handling all maintenance related to the contract. This involves supervising suppliers and contractors, leading both direct and indirect personnel, closely monitoring service provision, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage professional relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors.
- Manage budgets, ensure all maintenance costs are within agreed limits.
- Conduct regular audits of the building to identify maintenance requirements, addressing in a timely manner.
- Manage the team of maintenance staff and contractors.
- Ensure that all maintenance works are carried out with minimal disruption to tenants and visitors.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Technical background in either Mechanical or Electrical - Level 3/higher technical qualification - minimum requirement.
- 5 years Hard Services FM experience.
- Proven experience as a Contract or Account Manager in large, busy site with tenants and occupiers.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
