Job description
We are seeking to recruit a Contract Manager who will be responsible for managing contracts and the associated contractors who have been engaged by NIE Networks to assist in the delivery of the Facilities Management maintenance programmes for substations.
The contracts which the successful candidates will be responsible for managing or assisting in the management of include substation maintenance, grounds maintenance, scrap metal, fire safety maintenance, security systems, waste management, asbestos management, generator maintenance and RT Sites.
It is expected that the role will involve a degree of travelling across locations with an office based of Dargan, Belfast.
