Bank Partners (Part of the Acacium Group)
Location: London, Euston Road/Appold street, Liverpool Street, EC2A 2AP
Salary: £45,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Monday to Saturday (37.5 hours per week)
Type: Permanent/ Full Time
Shift pattern: 09:00 - 17:00

Part of the Acacium Group, Bank Partners, works with some of the largest NHS trusts to ensure we support staff shortages across the wards seamlessly and professionally. Within this role as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional first line support to all our workers across Bank Partners. This is an exciting opportunity that offers career progression within a global organisation.
Every day you will be dealing with...
- Client relationship management- including management of all contracts. Providing an efficient and timely service, and delivering on agreed actions
- Compliance – obtaining swift sign off to deliver ongoing compliance for all bank staff as per the requirements of said contracts
- Bookings management – working proactively to reduce agency filled and unfilled shifts and managing service user expectations
- Agency management
- Weekly and monthly reporting with extensive use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Team management - Effective line management, performance management, development and leadership of team members. To include the management of KPI’s and reporting
