Seaway7 is currently recruiting for graduate talent to join our Contracts Graduate Development Scheme (CGDS) in August 2023, based in our Aberdeen office.
Seaway7 offers a 2-year rotational graduate programme, enabling graduates to gain experience within the company’s Legal, Contracts and Commercial functions.

There are four main elements of the programme:
On-the-job development
Through on-the-job training you will develop key capabilities related to Legal and Contracts following rotations within these functions, with the opportunity to also gain exposure to Project Controls, Tendering and Supply Chain Management functions.
Formal training courses
A variety of in-house training can be accessed that provides the opportunity to gain deeper insights of some key aspects related to Commercial and Project Support functions.
Mentoring
You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your progression. The mentor will maintain regular contact with you providing direction to help you achieve targets and goals.
Personal development
You will participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team building skills.
Also network with other Seaway7 Graduates hired in different locations.
During the rotations applicants may have the opportunity to experience short duration overseas assignment in locations ranging from the Netherlands, Germany, USA, Taiwan and elsewhere, with opportunities for future overseas assignments.
Applications are now sought from degree qualified candidates who are holding a degree, preferably in one of the following areas:
- Quantity Surveying
- Law/Legal studies
- Business
- Management
