The role:
The Contracts Administrator will be in charge of overseeing the smooth operation of our service. The role includes the following duties:
· Using our database to create, send and chase renewal quotations for service agreements.
· Create, maintain and update service agreements on our database and in our electronic filing system.
· Keep the other members of the team updated on the status of renewals where required.
· Work with the Service and Repair Coordinator to coordinate Engineers and manage their availability.
· Chase up overdue jobs with the Engineer and work with the Engineer and Service Manager to resolve issues.
· Upselling service contracts wherever possible.
· Assisting sales with new contract quotations when needed.
· Create a monthly report detailing forthcoming renewals and lapsed contracts.
· Use Sage to complete monthly invoicing.

Our key customers are hospitals, universities and industry such as those found in the food and beverage sector.

Essential skills required:
- Confidence in talking to over the phone.
- Candidate should have a good level of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of IT programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to self-manage.
- A basic understanding of the technical products we are engaged in.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of Sage Accounts.
- Understanding of centrifuges and other laboratory equipment.
- Experience working with hospitals or an understanding of their unique needs and requirements.
Skills not required:
- There is no requirement for the applicant to have knowledge, experience or qualifications in electronics, servicing or calibrating.

This is a two-stage interview process. First will be an interview over the phone and second will be a face-to-face interview with the Directors.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
