WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

The Role:
The Cash Management and Payment Solutions (CMPS) team oversees the large, sophisticated implementation projects; covering a wide range of Transaction Banking products such as Cash Management, Merchant Acquiring, Gateways, Embedded Finance and Corporate Cards.
CMPS is looking for a Contracts Manager to join them to work closely with a variety of colleagues across the business, product, operations, credit, legal, privacy, compliance and other supporting teams. You'll be responsible for negotiating, preparing, reviewing various documents and agreements, such as Core Banking and Product specific Terms and Conditions, commercial contracts, NDAs and Mandates. You'll also handle communication channels with all relevant parts of the bank to promptly resolve any documentation issues.
You’ll be required to take a lead role in professional approach to contract management, providing market-leading guidance and support in delivering positive outcomes whilst protecting the interests of both bank and client. This role is an excellent opportunity to expand and strengthen your legal knowledge, hone your negotiation skills, have direct exposure of the ever-evolving regulatory banking environment, whilst playing a crucial part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you’ll need:
Your ability to coordinate and prioritise a large number of competing, complex documentation assignments to meet customer needs within short timeframes will be key to your success in this role, and that of the broader organisation.
Essential

Knowledge of complex domestic and international Payables and Receivables products/solutions.

Strong relationship skills, as you’ll work with external and internal clients, third parties and other areas of Lloyds Bank to ensure projects are completed in mutually agreed timeframes.

Strong market awareness (clients, industries, products, innovation, technology, financial regulation) is essential
