Salary: £42,081 - £47,658 per annum
Position: Permanent, Full Time – Monday – Friday 37 Hours
Location: Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford and Worcester (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Contracts Manager M&E to join our M&E Specialist Team, to work on a wide variety of projects. The M&E Specialist Team delivers diverse projects, focusing on the improvements of our buildings.
We want someone to join our team who wants to contribute to continually improving electrical & mechanical safety to our properties and provide homes that are a foundation for life.
In Building Safety you can make a real difference, the role of Contracts Manager M&E will involve:
- The management of contractors delivering technical works
- Managing risk assessment and safety assessment process and procedures
- Working as part of a team and delivering efficiencies through effective use of new technology and system processes
As Contracts Manager M&E we need you to have:
- Detailed knowledge of Electrical Regulations and Building Control Regulations- Part P, associated with residential accommodation and social housing
- Detailed knowledge of Mechanical Regulations and Building Control Regulations- Part L, associated with residential accommodation and social housing
- Detailed knowledge of gas and or electrical Safety legislation and best practice
