Salary to £65,000 DOE Plus Car Allowance and Package
I am working with a highly reputable and growing fm business who are currently looking to recruit an Operational Delivery Manager to join the team. They work with commercial clients throughout the UK ranging from retailers, hospitality, educational and healthcare where they provide full hard fm services predominantly fabric and electrical works.
Objectives:
- Responsible for the P and L for the Electric and Fabric Businesses.
- Provide leadership and direction for Electrical and Fabric Teams, ensuring work is completed to schedule, efficiently and in line with the company processes and procedures.
- Ensure that the business deliver a first-class service to their clients in line with agreed & SLA’s & KPI’s and that Health & Safety and Compliance measures are always adhered to.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver a consistent, effective, and efficient operational service level to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and coaching for the Fabric and Electrical Team. Mentor and develop the team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges.
- Identifies opportunities to grow current contracts and also with new customers.
- Support prospective tenders as required.
- Support all contract renewals, new contracts, and ensure that they are mobilised in accordance with the requirements & company procedures.
- Regularly review operational performance & P&L with the teams. Understand and improve the key drivers for performance.
- Implement any change process agreed to improve operational performance.
- Maintaining the image and brand of the business
- Establish strong relationships to improve client satisfaction levels.
- Develop the business service offering within the Fabric and Electrical Teams
- Input and assist in drawing up and delivering annual budgets & forecasts for the Profit & Loss account. As required cascades these to team members.
- Ensure continual labour reviews are conducted to maximise profitability and productivity.
- Review KPIs and SLAs (eg GM, productivity etc), and leads plans for improvement in performance and overall financial performance
The Person:
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Previous experience in FM (fabric/electrical in particular), working across a multiple fast-paced multi-site contract’s
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Experience in remote management and managing a diverse team
- The ability to work with clients, maintaining relationships.
- Strong finance management skills
- Proven experience of leadership in Facilities/Mobile engineering background

The Package:
- Salary to £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
