Contract Manager
Contract Manager or Account Manager or Customer Account Manager
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account/Contract Manager to join our team, managing the facilities maintenance contract for a large tall building in the heart of the City of London.
Efficient, cost effective management of all maintenance contracts for the building, including managing suppliers and contractors, direct staff, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage professional relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors, ensuring that service delivery is in line with contractual obligations.
- Monitor and report on service delivery, ensuring that all KPIs are met
- Manage budgets and ensure that all maintenance costs are within agreed limits.
- Conduct regular audits of the building to identify maintenance needs and ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide the best possible service.
- Liaise with other departments within the building to ensure that maintenance works are coordinated with other activities.
- Ensure that all maintenance works are carried out with minimal disruption to tenants and visitors.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Technical background in either Mechanical or Electrical - Level 3/higher technical qualification.
- 5 years Hard Services FM experience.
- Proven experience as a Contract or Account Manager in large tall building with tenants and occupiers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
