An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Coordinator to join the new Contract Co-Ordination team based at our Linwood site. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The successful applicant will be meticulous with great attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. The Contract Coordinators will ensure accurate input of new and existing customer data.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- On-boarding all new customer data on to operating system
- Off-boarding of all terminated services.
- Ensuring all pricing and service amendments/additions for existing customers are processed accurately.
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams.
- Investigate queries relevant to your department and resolve within agreed timescales.
- Net Rev management for all depots
- Contaminated load charges
- Rolling PO management
- Reviewing, amending, and creating new SOPs in line with company policies.
- Supporting team projects including “Annual Duty of Care” and “Annual Price Rise”
The right candidate:
- High levels of competence in customer service and administration
- Effective Communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail

- Self-motivated
- Due to the location of the site, a driving licence with access to a car is desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £26,500 per year
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday.
- 26 days and 4 statutory days holiday
