Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Contract Coordinator to join the new Contract Co-Ordination team based at our Linwood site. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The successful applicant will be meticulous with great attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. The Contract Coordinators will ensure accurate input of new and existing customer data.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding all new customer data on to operating system
  • Off-boarding of all terminated services.
  • Ensuring all pricing and service amendments/additions for existing customers are processed accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant teams.
  • Investigate queries relevant to your department and resolve within agreed timescales.
  • Net Rev management for all depots
  • Contaminated load charges
  • Rolling PO management
  • Reviewing, amending, and creating new SOPs in line with company policies.
  • Supporting team projects including “Annual Duty of Care” and “Annual Price Rise”

  • Due to the location of the site, a driving licence with access to a car is desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £26,500 per year
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 26 days and 4 statutory days holiday
