Job description
Working within our busy ECO Submissions Team, you will be responsible for booking customer surveys, liaising with both the customer and the survey team ensuring that surveys are carried out promptly and customers receive a good service. Other areas may include checking the accuracy of completed work & documents, making corrections as necessary and submitting full compliant paperwork. This role is office based. You will have efficiency targets in place once your training has been completed regarding the number of jobs checked and the accuracy of your work. Ongoing training and support is provided.
Job Requirements
- Booking clients in for surveys;
- Checking Energy Performance Certificates and associated data;
- Collecting and collating sales and install information;
- Speaking to customers to deal with cancellations or to book jobs in;
- Working to specific carbon targets and submission deadlines
About you:

- You should be highly organised and an excellent communicator – your role is varied, and you will be speaking to all departments in the business and externally to our installers, contractors, and clients so you should be a confident and clear communicator.
- You will be an essential part of our delivery team and we will provide you with the tools, training, and support to do your job and to be successful, though you should be comfortable making decisions and working independently.
- The role will be administrative, good IT skills and competence in the use of Microsoft packages with particular knowledge of Excel is essential. We also use a range of other cloud-based software applications as well as an internal CRM Project management system; full training will be provided.
Education/Experience:
Essential
· Proven experience in office administration
· Good organisational skills
· Good English, verbal and written
Experience working in the energy efficiency industry is preferred but not essential. This role will suit individuals who enjoy document proof/checking (insurance background for example) or those used to working with numbers (e.g. accounting roles)
You should have experience working in a busy office environment where you can demonstrate you have managed your time effectively been highly organised, able to prioritise your workload and work within a team and under your own initiative.

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
