Due to continuous growth within the business the position for an Contracts Administrator/ Administration assistant has recently opened, this role would be perfect for an individual with experience in administration and assisting with diary management. You will work as part of a vibrant, collaborative, high performing team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
As part of this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. You will maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and build productive trust relationships with customers and clients on the phone and via email responding promptly to customer and client inquiries.
Responsibilities
· Answering incoming phones calls from customers
· Help to increase and generate new works
· Booking in jobs for your team of engineers
· Mastering CRM system
· Working autonomously on projects
· Helping to generate excellent customer service
Other responsibilities may also be:
· Supporting other call staff across other contracts
· Assisting clients with additional requests
· Assisting with the letter, installation and compliance programs
· Issuing POs to engineers
Aim
The aim for this role is to assist in running reports and maintaining excellent levels of customers service across the contract, to help uplift the department by helping to meet and exceed KPI’s set and to assist in the daily running of the department.
Requirements
· Previous administration experience
· Experience in call taking and customer service
· Good level of understanding using Excel and collating data
· Experience in creating and running report
· Ability to diary manage effectively
· Strong organization skill
Ideally, we would prefer someone who has worked with housing associations in either an administrative position or a call centre operator.
Basic salary of £21,000- £22,000 / year plus the possibility to earn performance and rota bonus.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am to 6 pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
Summer hours reduced to 5 pm (April - Sept)
Holiday Period: 29 Days (including bank holidays)
