Job description
To support the Team, Customers and Drivers by carrying out accurate administrative duties, within contract agreement amendments.
Key responsibilties
- Responsible for amending all agreements competently
- Owns any interaction through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally where needed to complete a task
- Take time to understand the drivers needs and actioning them
- Management of internal and external systems, keeping information accurate and up to date using our CRM system (Sales force)
- Ability to resolve complaints and difficult enquiries with first interaction, otherwise being able to escalte them
