Opportunity at RRG Nissan, Bury – Warranty Administrator - Part-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Warranty Administrator to join our busy Aftersales department at RRG Nissan, Busy.
Working within a small team, the key responsibilities for the successful candidate are to invoice/credit and input of warranty. Manage the warranty system for any returned or denied claims. Monitor and manage any old warranty debt. General administration and keep up to date with the latest manufactures communications and requirements. Essentially, we are looking for candidate who is organised and possess the ability to work on their own, meet deadlines and use their own initiative. Previous experience in administration will be essential and previous experience within the motor trade would be advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided. Essential criteria: As the Warranty Administrator you will be a team player and willing to take on new challenges. You will have the ability to use own initiative and be adaptable to change. You will be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, internally and externally. You will need strong administrative skills and be I.T literate in Excel and Word with previous experience in an administration role. You will need to be organised and have the ability to manage your own time whilst meeting deadlines. As the Warranty Administrator you will have a good eye for detail, able to follow processes and interested in learning new computer systems. Prior warranty administration or motor trade experience would be advantageous but not essential. Remuneration package includes: Competitive Salary- dependent on experience. Part Time working hours Monday - Friday 0930 - 1420. These hours can be changed to suit.
