Job description
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator for our Fremont office. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, a proven record of accuracy and attention to detail in a busy, fast-paced environment. Requires the ability to work independently and as a team member. Knowledge of construction contracts is required. Computer skills required. Accounting software experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Review construction contracts and purchase orders
· Review insurance requirements
· Perform billing of contracts
· Contact AP departments for payment status
· Submit and obtain lien releases
· Support assigned project managers with administrative tasks
· Prepare payment status reports
· Prepare certified payroll and work with wage determinations
Qualifications:
· BA/BS or equivalent experience
· Construction contracts administration experience
· Accounting software proficiency - Spectrum
Compensation
· Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
