Job description
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Continuously seek out new clients and suppliers to attain new work contracts for the company.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and pitch the business to them.
- Maintain accurate and up to date contract records and documentation.
- Build relationships with clients by sending emails, face to face meeting and phone calls.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating and construction industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Must have some experience in the construction/plumbing/heating industry
