Job Description

Would you like to bring your expertise of crafting business processes to The LEGO Group? Are you well versed in all things "e-commerce" and have a keen eye for highlighting improvements?

This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to influence decisions at all levels around our business, with emphasis on consumer engagement on LEGO.com

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supports ecommerce growth by helping to implement market expansions and other shopper improvements (e.g. new payment features) through identifying and driving necessary changes to processes and technology configuration primarily in the area of customer service & engagement.

  • Identifies and acts upon ongoing incremental improvement opportunities to current shopper journeys and/or related processes via a combination of stakeholder input, available data and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Collaborates with product managers to assist in prioritising backlogs, estimating sprint efforts and implementing agreed changes – including organising testing resources when necessary

  • Acts as a workstream leader, planning and coordinating Digital Consumer Engagement activity required as part of larger ecommerce initiatives (e.g. those driven by LEGO Retail).

  • Works with others (e.g. Digital Customer Journey Manager) to analyse end-to-end customer journeys, determining pain-points and opportunities for improvement for both online and offline experiences.

  • Acts as continuous improvement ambassador to Digital Consumer Engagement, seeking cross-platform and cross-team synergies, wherever possible.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience with continuous improvement - including root-cause analysis, end to end journey mapping, group facilitation, enhancement design and implementation (including basic change management)

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Experience with stakeholder management or close collaboration with related teams

  • Experience in agile ways of working, including Kanban boards – JIRA a plus

  • Intermediate-level competency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Teams
