We are Digital Product Executive to join our Marketing Team.

As a Digital Product Executive, you will be managing the digital product lifecycle.

The role:

• Work cross-functionally to guide digital products from conception to launch by connecting the customer with technical and business worlds
• Preparing proposals for new and existing products that meet customer needs
• Acting as an advocate for the customers with VA to identify and define product requirements
• Managing the product day to day in the business, updating campaign, content & messaging
• Leading roadmaps aligned to business outcomes working across IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Services etc
• Design mock-ups, UI components, business logic and data structures
• Introduce new approaches like Agile and design thinking to drive move to ‘digital-first’ culture
• Review user stories, input to Agile ceremonies, conduct end-user tests and work with the IT, Product, Sales and marketing teams to roll out features in an agile, continuous-deployment environment

What qualities does a Digital Product Executive need to join Virgin Active?

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject, e.g. Computing, Media Production, Psychology
• A great communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent hands-on product management experience.
• A track record in producing digital products for a recognised fitness, media, sport, retail or entertainment organisation.
• Passionate about creating products that tackle real-world needs and a never-ending desire to grow and learn.
• A ‘can do’ attitude, highly motivated and ready to take ownership
• Open to new ways of doing things and able to adapt to new methods of working
