We are looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join the Customer Fulfilment (CFF) Team.
The Customer Fulfilment function is a fundamental part of making IKEA an omnichannel retailer by focussing on providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for many people.
This role will lead and develop the UK and IE approach to continuous improvement in all CFF units playing a key role in improving our ways of working and inspiring our co-workers to engage and drive continuous improvement. It will involve working closely with the CFF Management Team and IKEA Group colleagues in identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.

This position is full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with some weekend and evening working as necessary) based in Doncaster or Peterborough. We have a hybrid working policy where you can work from home, but it is expected that there will be time spent in our fulfilment units and stores.
We offer a competitive starting salary of £60,000.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Identify, assess, facilitate, design and coach the implementation as per the INGKA Improvement Framework creating a strategic roll out plan for all CFF Units.
- Support the creation of functional knowledge and insights to build and deploy a sustainable Continuous Improvement mindset within all CFF Co-workers.
- Working closely with Group stakeholders to ensure the UK and IE Implementation follows the INGKA Framework and support with the evolution of the global ways of working.
- Leading business results by leveraging skills and knowledge of our coworkers and CI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- 5+ years of experience of working within a continuous improvement environment with at least the last 2-3 years in the consultancy, business partnership or service industries.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
- Good knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies
- Ability to build good network and relationship both within and outside of the CFF organization.
- Business partner mindset, with analytical skills able to translate needs into consequences and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, training and coaching skills.
