Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Video Content Creator to contribute their talents remotely and play a crucial role in visually capturing and sharing the stories of our beneficiaries and the work we do. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and production, with the ability to create compelling video content that effectively communicates our mission and values. This is an exciting volunteer opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your creativity and technical skills to raise awareness and support for our cause, regardless of your location.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit engaging video content, including testimonials, interviews, event highlights, and promotional videos that align with Warriors First Inc.'s mission and messaging.
  • Utilize video editing software, including synthesia.io, to produce high-quality videos that meet brand guidelines and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that effectively convey our organization's impact and engage our target audience.
  • Ensure timely delivery of video projects, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance the visual appeal and impact of our video content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather video assets, conduct interviews, and coordinate video shoots as needed.
  • Assist in managing video libraries, organizing and archiving footage for future use.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and production skills.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and synthesia.io.
  • Solid understanding of video composition, lighting, and audio techniques to ensure high-quality production.
  • Ability to work efficiently and produce videos quickly without compromising quality.
  • Excellent storytelling and creative skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and video distribution channels for optimizing video content reach.
  • Passion for supporting military service members and first responders and a genuine interest in our organization's mission.
