MindAuthority LLC is looking for a new Creative Content Director to develop and execute unique and creative social media initiatives that align with the growth goals of our small company. In this position, you will have creative control of an Instagram account with 30,000K+ followers, a podcast with over 4 million downloads, YouTube, a new book and other social media avenues. This role is at the forefront of the company and is a key component in the company's growth by strategizing and implementing social marketing content that reaches new audiences, attracts followers, and ultimately converts them into qualified leads. This team leader will be directly responsible for content creation and broadcasting in both social media and podcast promotion.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- ● Strategize and execute content creation that will turn followers into Evangelists for the brand
- ● Lives and breathes social media. Develop, optimize, and update social media strategy based on current trends and research while continuously looking for new ways to improve social media presence
- ● Post on social channels multiple times a day to gain traction to spread brand awareness and drive demand for programs and products
- ● Oversee virtual assistants for video and image creation, posting of content, and proper execution of processes
- ● Support in Podcast Bookings and Guest Acquisition, communication with Editor, team and promotion of new episodes
- ● Become an expert in the customer avatar and the voice for the audience, knowing what they want to see, their desires, pain points, and crafting content to speak to these
- ● Understands how social media builds overall company growth
- ● Work with copywriting team in ad creation and curating weekly podcast newsletter
- ● Run podcast ads to the latest episode weekly to drive more downloads and reach new audiences
- ● Promote podcast on social media to gain new listeners
- ● Directly managing the Podcast Editor
- ● Work with Director of Growth on generating overall media marketing plans and media
creation
- Who Will Thrive in this Position:
- ● Knowledge of how to run current social media platforms – TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- ● Ability to come up with creative, original copy for headlines and captions
- ● Understand how to build and maintain an overarching social media strategy that is key to
the overarching marketing strategy
- ● Team player that has experience wearing multiple hats –operating in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- ● Excellent analytical, organizational, and managerial skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- ● Strong oral and written communication skills
- ● Must be creative, have an acute attention to detail, and be a problem-solver
- ● Analyze and report on weekly KPIs
- ● 1-2 years in a position with increasing responsibility
- ● A successful track record with social media growth and management
- ● Podcast growth experience and paid ad experience are a plus!
