Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist
Location: Hybrid working between our office in Worthing and home, approx. 50/50 split.

Southern Water are excited to be recruiting for a newly created position within our esteemed branding team, for a Content Marketing Specialist!
You’ll have no doubt heard about Southern Water in the media. We want to take ownership of the narrative about our organisation and are delighted to have invested in a new platform, Dot Digital, to help us engage with our customers and the communities we serve!
This is your opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy, creating engaging and personalised content (such as newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns and automated workflows) to drive customer engagement with content that educates, informs and inspires our subscribers.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to understand the niche requirements of the different communities we serve in order to tailor content effectively and through the continuous monitoring and analysis of email campaign performance metrics, as well as the use of A/B testing, you will aim to improve our deliverability, open, click-through and conversion rates.
Package
We offer a hybrid approach to working between our office in Worthing and home with an approximate 50/50 split. Our full-time staff work 37 hours but we welcome flexible working requests.
We are offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
