Job Description

  • Support to maximise selling potential of your concept
  • Create and analyse reports to determine sales and stock allocation
  • Support to set allocation strategy to secure impact in stores by matching the store stock level with local sales drivers and key products
  • Supply the organization with commercial focuses in order to set the right priorities
  • Influence the buying process by sharing knowledge of the customer group and global competitors together with regional input towards the Buying Office
  • Follow up on related feedback, such as size availability and monitor stock levels, set a frequent communication, as well to the supply chain
  • Provide analysis to the concept merchandiser, highlighting potential actions and risks
  • Support the setting of concept strategy to create sales net growth that is aligned with quantified goals, short- & long-term, for allocation and replenishment, as well as reduction strategy

Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience in merchandising
  • Confident working with numbers, can analyse data, identify patterns and suggest actions to drive selling/profitability
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback in a structured and positive way.
  • Ability to take own initiative
  • Excellent team working abilities and able to build relationships with others easily
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively
