Content Marketing Associate | Hammersmith, London (5 days per week in our Hammersmith office to be with the team - free daily breakfast and gym membership is included!)
As GetGround's first Content Marketing Associate, you'll contribute to the planning and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives, with a particular focus on content creation and distribution. From within our busy, in-house team, you'll work across GetGround's products and audiences (both UK and international) to create engaging content to support the development and wider growth of the GetGround brand.
You will be part of our Marketing team, reporting into Alexandra, our Director of Marketing (check out Alex's Medium post on establishing GetGround's Brand in her first six months here). You will be part of a Growth team led by VP Revenue Marco (ex Google & Facebook).
How you'll spend your time:
- guided by our content calendar, you'll distribute content on a daily basis: creating and repurposing new material for our owned media channels and devising new angles to drive engagement
- with a particular focus on social media (incl. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) and YouTube, you'll craft posts that resonate, using guides, blogs and webinar content to create awareness and interest in GetGround
- from running live streams to creating short form video content, you'll partner with our in-house property experts to bring the GetGround proposition to life
- you'll be responsible for the upkeep, design and development of marketing collateral and website content across GetGround – working closely with our design and product marketing specialists to ensure your output is on brand and high quality
- organise and facilitate ad hoc promotional events: from webinars to co-marketing activity alongside our Sales and Partnerships teams
- support the wider Marketing team with content needs to ensure smooth coordination and efficiencies: from conception to launch activities
The experience and skills you will have:
- exceptional writing and creative skills, with an ability to translate complex topics into simple and engaging, digestible content
- experience with video editing tools for social media and in testing new platforms to achieve your goals
- comfortable identifying trends and audience types, gathering consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic, followers, engagement) to inform customer insights
- good eye for design and branding, with working knowledge of design tools e.g. Canva, Photoshop
