We provide a marketing measurement product for eCommerce brands, helping them navigate the complex world of digital advertising across channels like TikTok, YouTube and Meta.
We are hiring for a world-class copywriter who can help us demonstrate the unique value of our product to brands and partners.
In the last 12 months we have:
Replatformed our product to enable the next phase of our growth
More than tripled our customer base, including adding many of the UK's best known brands
Become certified as TikTok's (only) measurement partner,
In the next 12 months we plan to:
Triple the customer base again (Q1 2023 was our record quarter for growth)
Continue expansion into the US and EU
Realize our ambition of being the de facto best measurement product for eCommerce brands in the world
Content is a leading driver of this, helping us communicate clearly with prospects and customers, establish our thought leadership and demonstrate the power of our product. Our next content marketing hire is key to our goals in 2023 and beyond.
What will the job involve:
We are looking for someone who can take on the role of a journalist within our company - someone who can research and complete high quality content based on suggestions from the team, but also seek out your own stories within the business and turn them into content.
Currently our content centers around:
Regular long form content & research reports
Feature articles about the brands we work with (case studies & interviews)
Blog posts
Mini updates on LinkedIn/email newsletter
You will sit within marketing, but work with all parts of the business to find interesting stories & communicate them to our customers and the market.
Who are you?
Primarily, an outstanding copywriter who is comfortable producing beautiful, clear and concise written English.
Data-literate. You do not have to be an analyst, but you need to be able to work with the BI team to communicate requests for analytics and integrate the data outputs into your stories.
Show an interest or experience in Performance Marketing, Measurement and Attribution, eCommerce, Digital (at least one of… more is better).
2-3 years' experience working in a role with communication at its core - customer service, content, marketing or journalism - would be a real asset in this role.
No requirement for a degree.
Interview process
30 min Pre-Screen call with our Head of Growth to give us an opportunity to tell you more about the role and to learn more about your experience
A written task to complete at home: This will be role specific and depend on the team and function of the job you are applying to and will help us to understand your approach to work and solving problems
1hr Competency Interview with our Head of Growth and VP Sales split into 2 parts:
30 minutes of presenting the task you have prepared and answering questions on this
30 minutes of competency and scenario-based questions to understand more about your skills and experience and to see how you would respond in different scenarios
Two 15-minute Team Chats to see how you fit in with the rest of the Fospha team
30 minute Exec Interview with our CEO to ensure our values match with your own

Working location
Fospha are fully hybrid and seek to accommodate different preferences. We're based at the Scale Space tech campus in West London - where you can partake in a full social calendar of community events & classes (Yoga is a team favourite). Whilst at Fospha we pride ourselves on flexibility (accommodating hours and personal circumstances), we are an office-first company, with a minimum 3 day/week office policy (more during probation).
