Job description

Our WEB3 community management firm is seeking a skilled social media content manager to join our team.

In this role, you will create and managing content schedules for our clients social media platforms. You will also be involved in the content creation process and work closely with our creative team to ensure all content aligns with the client's brand identity and goals.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and manage content schedules for multiple clients across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord and YouTube.

 Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas / strategies that align with the client's brand and marketing goals.

 Design, edit, and proofread high-quality content for social media platforms, including social media posts (captions), IG stories, blog articles, and other content types as needed.

 Create engaging visuals and multimedia content, such as small videos and infographics

 Manage the creation of more advanced content requirements

 Responsible for executing (posting) the content schedule on a timely accurate manner

 Monitor social media platforms and trends to ensure that content strategies remains current and efficient.

 Analyse performance metrics and adjust content strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.

 React to comments to drive organic engagement(to a certain extend)

 Analyse performance metrics in order to give realistic KPI estimations

 Write detailed monthly reports

Requirements:

 Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and scheduling.

 Proven experience in using scheduling and analytical tools.

 Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.

 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics.

 Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

 Knowledge of content marketing best practices.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to have:

 Knowledge of WEB3 trends and language

Salary: £25,774.82-£55,572.50 per year
