About the role:
We are looking for a Content Manager to join our growing team. The Content Manager will be responsible for the creation and management of all written content for The Barrister Group. This includes writing, editing, proofreading, and managing the content calendar for The Barrister Group.
Duties include:
- Working with the Marketing Manager to create content for our brands, including (not not limited to) SEO-driven blog articles, videos, white papers, thought leadership pieces.
- Working closely with our PR agency on news stories/ case studies and content campaigns
- Delivering high quality content campaigns that help our brand reach their objectives.
- Managing social media channels across our brands.
- Editing, proofreading, optimising and improving content for SEO purposes.
- Generating ideas to increase customer engagement.
- Working with our barristers to create case study content.
- Compiling regular reports of campaign performance and results, using findings to improve future campaigns.
- Ensuring that the organisation’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Create and manage content calendars for The Barrister Group
- Manage content creation for The Barrister Group blog
- Write and edit blog posts, including copy, images, graphics, video, and other assets
Required skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in content creation.
- Demonstrated success in defining and delivering impactful content campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of social media platforms. Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workloads in a busy working environment.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Creative and innovative problem-solver who can think outside the box.
- Team player who can effectively collaborate.
Desirable skills
- Degree in Marketing or similar. Proficient in GA4.
- Working knowledge of using Canva for content creation.
- Working knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email platform.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
