POSITION SUMMARY :
This role is responsible for driving resort visits and revenue by developing and implementing digital marketing strategies through main resort website, ancillary websites, and local apps.
- Creation of content strategy and implementation for resort website. Day-to-day management of resort digital platforms is expected.
- Drive the digital consumer experience to be best-in-class, to bring innovations and optimizations and to generate content that fits within the brand guidelines and identity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
This position is responsible for the following job results.
Web Requirements
- Administer regular production and content updates across resort website on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for content strategy and outlines, copywriting, executing website updates and improving UX.
- Work with stakeholders on continuous site optimization for driving revenue, creating tests, and improving UX.
- Work with ancillary business departments to provide resort guests with accurate and beneficial information and upsell opportunities. Includes strategy building and implementation of promotions, products, activities, event information and general resort/guest information.
- Digest and deliver web analytics and reporting to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Effectively implement, prioritize, and enhance Search Engine Optimization, ADA compliance, and schema across all websites.
- Maintain content on the resort website ChatBot with content audits and updates.
- Develop strategy and perform content updates on weather platform website, retail website, and blog.
Mobile App Requirements
- Perform content updates within the Local Mountain App.
- Work with ancillary business departments to provide resort guests with accurate and beneficial information and upsell opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong copywriting skills
- Knowledge of website strategy and CMS management. Sitecore experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of website strategy and CMS platform management. Sitecore experience preferred. Shopify, WordPress and Mountain Powder knowledge preferred but not necessary.
- Working knowledge of Google My Business, Google and/or Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, basic HTML and Adobe Target preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and handle many projects at once.
- Self-starter, assertive, go-getter with high energy and desire to grow the business.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Resourcefulness in solving problems.
- Strong organizational skills. Keen attention to detail and follow-through.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Any employee or volunteer who operates a company vehicle including cars, trucks, snowcats, snowmobiles, or heavy equipment is required to comply with the Driver's Standards Policy. This policy also applies to employees or volunteers driving their personal vehicles for company business more than four times per month, averaging 30+ miles per trip. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Office Environment:
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
