WHAT’S THE ROLE?
A Senior Content Manager responsible for facilitating the entire content process.
This is an important client-facing role, planning and delivering high quality, complex projects for global markets.
This role involves the creation and maintenance of effective digital content across web and social platforms.
Main responsibilities
- Client management: developing client relationships to become a trusted partner
- Account management: Account administration and reporting
- Project scoping: Developing rigorous project scopes
- Project management: Ensuring all projects are managed rigorously
- Finance management: Budget negotiation, tracking and reporting
- Planning: Content planning including calendars and content trackers
- Briefing: Creating clear content briefs for teams and suppliers
- Content review and sign off, brand guardianship & quality control
