Marketing is a key driver of growth at Fastpath. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual, who enjoys working collaboratively to develop, execute and measure all lead generation activities in support of our revenue goals.


The Marketing Manager, EMEA is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing activities against our company goals and priorities. This includes planning, developing and overseeing all marketing initiatives. This individual will work with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Ops, and Strategic Alliances to execute our go-to-market strategy across the respective regions. The Marketing Manager, EMEA reports directly to the Director of Marketing.


Please note: this is a remote position however candidates must be located in the United Kingdom to be eligible for consideration. For candidates living close to our London office, hybrid work is an option.


What You'll Do:

  • Supporting the execution of the marketing strategy for the company vision, product launches, and other external lead generation activities. Includes working with stakeholders, product, global marketing team and local customers and partners to develop marketing tactics and outputs relevant to respective markets
  • Develop strategic, cross-channel marketing campaigns to build pipeline for Fastpath’s product offering across digital, social and email
  • Drive marketing activities that support account planning, pipeline generation and deal progression
  • Monitor trends and insights by market, persona or accounts to inform marketing campaigns and content creation across the buyer journey
  • Define ideal customer profiles and develop creative, engaging messaging, positioning and marketing assets that resonate with the target audience and drive demand
  • Lead market industry presence with event sponsorship strategy at regional level. Work with Strategic Alliance partners to build event program that drives market exposure, builds brand profile and credibility and maximizes lead generation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing peers on campaign concept, content requirements and digital marketing support to ensure alignment, effective use of resources, and consistency
  • Work with the marketing leadership team to develop and execute a thought leadership strategy to positively impact our sales strategy
  • Define and execute an Account Based Marketing Strategy to build a pipeline within identified target accounts
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaign performance and support overall pipeline generation and revenue goals
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered promptly and within budget, processing all invoices and vendor contracts relating to marketing projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • 6+ years proven B2B marketing experience, preferably SaaS
  • Results orientated; customer focused; creative flair and commercially minded
  • High energy; team player; proactive and adaptable; able to get things done in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; strong project management skills; analytically savvy
  • Shown success in packaging and driving delivery of marketing strategy, campaigns and programs with measurable return on investment (ROI) metrics
  • Self-driven with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, that is growing rapidly
  • Ability to internalize technical terms and translate them into simple, impactful messages
  • Ability to be flexible and working with changing priorities/deadlines
  • Experience with MarTech and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense and Google Analytics
  • Ability to travel as needed to company events (actual travel may vary)

How You’ll Be Rewarded:

  • Base Pay Range: £55,000- £75,000
    • The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
