QED are proud to be assisting this leading Law Firm in finding an experienced Social Media & Content manager professional to join their Marketing department.
The Ideal candidate will have previous B2B marketing experience and familiarity of all major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and sprout social. The firm are looking for a strategic thinker who can write high quality, eye catching content. The candidate should have a passion for social media, a self motivated individual with a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities include
- The development of a social media strategy which will increase brand awareness and engagement across the firm's social media platforms
- Offer training and provide mentoring to build confidence amongst the team offering guidance to fee earners to become more active and effective on social media themselves.
- Work with Technical Sales Writer to develop a valuable and relevant content stream.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Vimeo, ensuring consistent branding and messaging
- Responsible for monitoring all social media channels, engaging with followers, and promptly responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and other multimedia assets, to attract and retain our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns that support our firm's goals and initiatives.
- Utilise social media management tools to schedule posts, analyse performance metrics, and track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing Assistant on a series of outbound campaigns to drive traffic to the website and encourage enrolment on webinars / seminars etc. Track activity, conduct A/B testing, and decide on best use of technology.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media and digital marketing, and propose innovative strategies to improve our online presence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Work with our external agencies for SEO and PPC.
- Create, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and analysis.
- Have an understanding of the legal sector and be able to adapt to what content is suitable for each department depending on their area of specialism.
