About You

We are seeking a talented Content Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of the company through demand generation and enhancing the customer journey. This role is a key member of the Marketing function, collaborating with subject matter experts both within and outside the organization to craft compelling content in various formats that engages our audience through multiple marketing channels. You will have the chance to leverage your content expertise, contribute to our success, and expand your skills and experience along the way.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our marketing performance and contribute to our overall success. You will be responsible for:
· Crafting a robust content strategy tailored to Planixs' objectives.
· Driving brand awareness and customer engagement across diverse marketing channels, including web, video, podcasts, events, and social media platforms.
· Assisting the team with content-related initiatives, such as PPC, SEO, email campaigns, product content, and customer engagement.
· Cultivating strong relationships with subject matter experts.
· Collaborating with external agencies to support PR activities.
· Identifying potential industry awards and managing the submission process.
· Assessing and implementing modern technologies, such as AI tools, to enhance content planning and execution.
· Exploring innovative ways to repurpose content and messaging to expand our reach and output.
Experience and Skills Required:
· Proficiency with analytics tools like Semrush or similar platforms.
· Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· A customer-centric mindset with solid marketing instincts.
· Sound understanding of SEO principles to integrate into the content plan effectively.
· Strong ability to collaborate and thrive within a team environment.
· Ideally, some experience in video production.
· Prior experience in the financial services sector will be a distinct advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
