Meanwhile, the service delivery of how we browse, buy and finance our cars is changing at similar
Over the next 3 years, we’re set to develop and deliver an entirely new online journey for clients,
We’re building a marketing team to help turbo charge the work of our already established superstar sales team. Marketing at P+B will accelerate new customer lead generation, optimise leads through the sales funnel and engage our existing drivers (customers) to make them love P+B and come back and back again every time they need a new vehicle.
Experience / Skills Required
- You might not be skilled in all these areas right now, but even if you feel you don’t cover all areas of the role, we’d still encourage you to apply and tell us how you might learn those areas that you don’t have current experience with;
Excellent writing skills with demonstrable experience of creating written content for at least two of marketing, sales or product teams.- Experience as an editor for a wide range of content produced by other parties, internally or externally.
- Knowledge of at least 2 of: SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media marketing.
- Evidence of how you have previously analysed content effectiveness and how it contributed to commercial success.
- You love to be at the intersection of strategy and execution, knowing your vision is only as good as the results you deliver.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done at pace, leveraging strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across a business and influence individuals and teams outside your core function.
- Experience with Wordpress CRM and a range of other marketing and data analysis tools.
Nice to have:
Knowledge and experience of the car industry.- A personal interest or professional knowledge of sustainability related topics- a shift to electric vehicles is a big part of our longer-term strategy.
- Experience working in a regulated environment- We sell financial products.
- Experience working in a fast paced, rapidly scaling founder run business.

Our Recruitment Process
- We have a three-stage interview process, giving you plenty of opportunity to learn about Pike + Bambridge and the role. While the vacancy will remain open until filled, we expect to commence initial candidate screening w/c 17th July.
20-minute call for an initial screen, two-way culture fit and more info on the role- 90-minute in person interview - conversational style, taking a deep-dive into previous experience, the role and culture at P+B. This stage may also require some preparation in advance by way of a presentation or case study.
- 60-minute final interview over lunch including agreeing metrics, role plan and any final questions.
