What we are looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Lead who can enable the business to achieve its mission by ensuring that Genesis Global and our offerings are in front of our potential customers in the optimal place and time.
You will design and deliver a best-in-class content marketing plan that drives performance for Genesis Global. As our Content Marketing Lead, you’ll be the content marketing subject matter expert, and inspire the business with the capability to create surprising and delightful marketing campaigns.
In this position, you will plan, write and deliver content across the funnel to support our online and offline marketing channels that drive awareness and ultimately conversions. Your day-to-day will involve ideating, strategizing, writing and creating, based on user-data, audience segmentation, channel selection, messaging and conversion optimisation.
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for Genesis Global. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing objectives.

How You'll Play Your Part
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Genesis Global’s marketing and sales goals and target audience.
- Content Creation and project management: Create engaging, high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, videos, infographics, social media content, and more, for online and offline channels.
- Thought Leadership: Establish Genesis Global as a thought leader in the financial analytics industry by producing insightful and thought-provoking content.
- Content Distribution: Develop and execute content distribution plans across various channels, including our website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, industry publications, and events.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content assets that drive demand generation and accelerate lead conversion throughout the buyer’s journey.
- Optimise Content: Implement SEO best practices and coordinate with the web team to track and appropriately use key words in content to optimize for search, increase organic visibility and drive web traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse content performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Creating promotional, long and short form content copy for each stage of the technology buying cycle (awareness consideration and purchase), personas and marketing channels
The Experience You Will Bring
- Experience in content marketing planning and execution and global marketing copywriting experience
- Proven experience as a content marketing manager or similar role in the B2B technology or financial industry.
- Demonstrable portfolio of successful content marketing campaigns and assets.
- Strong understanding of content marketing strategies, thought leadership, lead generation, and demand generation tactics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt content to different target audiences.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Understand the different tonalities and audiences used for creating copy based on personas, sales cycles and channels
