Are you a creative storyteller? A unique exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Content Coordinator with native Danish and/or Swedish language skills to join us at Enchanting Travels!
As a Marketing Content Coordinator, you will produce valuable, engaging and educational content for our guests and prospects. Your primary responsibility is to be managing a team of freelancers to create and proofread accurate and guest-focused travel product content. This role will be managing our content processes and production for our Danish, Swedish and UK markets. Additionally, you will participate in content development and contribute to improving efficiencies and processes, as part of the Marketing team.
What you will be doing:
- Manage Danish, Swedish and English freelancer pool to create and proof accurate and engaging product content
- Take ownership of resources to ensure turnaround times and avoid resourcing gaps (recruit and train freelancers as demand requires)
- Updates and publish content for our Danish, Swedish and UK websites, newsletters and social media accounts
- Efficiently coordinate with other team members to optimise content production
- Maintain invoice and payment processes for timely and accurate payments
- Create/translate/edit Swedish, Danish and English content assets including web pages, newsletters, social media posts/ads and webinar descriptions
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in marketing, journalism, literature or communications
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Danish and/or Swedish and English.
- Experience using WordPress and content management databases and familiarity with SEO practices
- Excellent copyediting, organisational and analytical skills
- Aim to achieve the highest standards of quality at all times
- A positive, proactive, can-do individual who brings energy to the team and is a very strong collaborator
