Role Summary

The Design and Content Manager will envision and develop effective and high quality designs as well as develop and manage a content strategy that will capture and communicate DHGE’s mission, connect with our audiences, build enthusiasm, support our partner launches, and compel action.

This position provides support across various marketing team and product team projects. The selected candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.

The Design and Content Manager ensures that projects get done in a timely manner, but at the same time, always has an eye on our mission of producing quality products that wow the learner, and our partners and clients.

Core Duties

  • Develop and manage the DHGE brand across all marketing touchpoints including: sales enablement tools, event activation, paid media, SEO, website, etc.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging graphic design pieces for use in various applications, including course curriculum, partner marketing assets and internal marketing efforts and presentations.
  • Study and write creative briefs, determine project requirements, and bring vision, feelings, and ideas to life through design and content storytelling..
  • Fully manage the dhge.org website CMS, updates, content and design needs along with measuring success through KPIs on traffic, performance and other analytics.
  • Create original graphics, including images, logos, and other marketing materials for print, social and web.
  • Operate within continual feedback loops; positively responding to internal constructive feedback commentary and requests.
  • Collaborate with the product team and marketing team to align design with intended outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web landing pages.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems.
  • Ability to develop original design pieces that provokes engagement with target b2b healthcare personas
  • Understands on-page and off-page SEO
  • The ability to develop a cohesive visual brand strategy, and ensures that our story is cohesive across all marketing content and communications
  • Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • Proficiency in the Google and MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Office)
  • Ability to use After Effects to create animations and other motion graphics
  • Ability to proactively assess and adjust what's needed for each project and to effectively communicate with every role involved
  • Ability to understand and speak to all aspects of graphic and multimedia production and relevant technical tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, both as an individual contributor as well as an individual in a team environment
  • Ability to be versatile through experience bringing brand and design consistency to all assets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be creative at heart. Have an eye for detail and are thoroughly skilled at designing assets as well as managing a website CMS.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and content production
  • Experience working with video editing, graphic design, motion graphic design, script, and/or creative writing, and photography.
