Our content needs an owner. We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer \ Content Manager who wants and can bring order to our content. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and persuasive content across various platforms, including social media, websites, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
Your words will play a vital role in shaping our brand's voice and attracting our target audience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, possesses exceptional writing skills, and can adapt their style to suit different mediums.
This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
It's a great opportunity for Mid \ Senior Content Writer to grow up to Head of Content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new engaging website pages in collaboration with the marketologist, designer and product manager.
- Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media for our group of companies and distribute via corporate websites and various social media channels.
- Create, proofread and edit content for client cabinets and mobile apps, including emails and push notifications.
- Work with the design team to create engaging exhibition materials, banners, brochures and other promotional materials.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar and consistency with our brand guidelines when content has been created by someone else.
- Conduct in-depth research to gain insights into our target audience, industry trends and competitors to ensure content relevance and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and design, to ensure the delivery of cohesive and impactful messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a copywriter or very similar role, with a strong portfolio of diverse writing samples across multiple mediums.
- Proven portfolio of content for FinTech industries. Payments and blockchain domains preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with exceptional grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Experience in creating a Tone Of Voice.
- Experience in creating \ updating website’s pages on Tilda or similar platforms, following established design and branding guidelines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in creating engaging and shareable content for SMM purposes.
- Skilled in writing compelling website copy that is optimised for search engines (SEO).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be advantages.
- Ability to write clear, concise and compelling product descriptions that effectively communicate key features and benefits.
- Understand the best practices, formats and structures for the main content types such as news, storytelling, landing pages, etc.
In addition:
- Strong research skills to gain insights and stay abreast of industry trends, audience preferences and competitor strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
