About the role:


  • As the Content Manager, you'll drive the content workflow, ensuring exceptional efficiency and on-time delivery.


  • Your role will involve setting and championing high standards for content creation, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.


  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, aligning production with ambitious project goals.
  • You'll build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming their trusted partner for all their content needs.
  • To excel in this role, you'll stay at the forefront of industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content innovations.


  • You'll leverage advanced project management tools to track progress and optimize resource allocation.
  • Your exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills will shine as you occasionally craft top-tier content.

Essential qualifications include:


  • A minimum of two years of content management experience,
  • Familiarity with up-to-date SEO best practices
  • Strong creative copy editing, writing, and grammar skills
  • Experience with content management tools
  • Managing a team of writers and/or editors is also required

Desirable qualifications include:


  • Proficiency in project management tools like Airtable,
  • Experience in writing or editing SaaS content
  • A background in a digital agency, preferably an SEO agency.


If you have experience training and upskilling a wider team, a client-facing background, and an interest in AI's potential within the content industry, that's a bonus!

This role requires presence in person in the Bristol office at least 2 days a week.

The package includes:

  • A competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.
