The Role
We are looking for a Content Creator to be our voice through content, and build meaningful connections with our main asset, our customers. You'll work alongside the Creative Director on a high-level strategy for Tiktok, and create content that is both creative and drives sales.
You will never be short of ideas. We are a hub of creative activity, perfect for anyone with a passion for creating and managing online content. All products are handmade by our team at our Bristol HQ, so you'll have eyes on all the backstage content.

Your Responsibilities
Produce and post social media content for our fragrance and beauty products
Collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure the timely delivery of projects
Conceptualise and create content from start to finish
Analyse the latest trends and content patterns on TikTok
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team on a high-level strategy for Tiktok
Targeting content to specific audiences and focusing on trending topics
Managing content calendar, delivering consistency to drive results
Maximise engagement and growth
Constantly evaluating performance against competitor content, and being responsive to these data indicators
Keeping a close eye on creators, and evolving fresh ideas for talent and content
Your Skills
You have an eye for detail in content creation and have the ability to produce content quickly
You are keen to learn, take feedback and react to data-driven insights
You can work independently and with a team of creators to help them improve our content
You use your expertise and insights from previous platform experience and trends from our social media accounts
You have video editing skills
You are honest, responsible and independent
