Looking for a Tik Tok superstar. Someone super confident full of fresh ideas. Must have a minimum 2 years content creation experience with a product or brand, creating or editing video content on TikTok platform.
Job Description:-
- Analyse the latest trends and content patterns on TikTok.
- Working closely with Social Media Editor and Manager of Social Media on high-level strategy for Tiktok.
- Targeting content to TikTok audiences and focus on trending topics.
- Managing TikTok calendar, scaling posting cadence, and remaining consistent to drive results.
- Maximising engagement and growth, constantly evaluating performance, benchmarking against competitor content, and pivoting strategy in response to these data indicators.
- Keeping a close eye on the TikTok creator landscape, bring in fresh ideas for talent and content.
- Light copywriting for captions. Deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy.

- Proven success growing an engaged audience on TikTok
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm and excitement about engaging with social media audience
- Passionate about delivering memorable experiences to customers through the creation of content.
- An active and engaging public social media presence
- Desire to be part of a tight-knit team looking to transform the traditional retail experience.
